ERROR MESSAGES
Error Messages appears on the LCD when the memory is full or there is problem with the SD card.
ERROR MESSAGES
Cause
Memory (either internal memory
or SD card) is full.
The SD card memory isn’t enough
to hold the files saved in the
internal memory. Only part of the
files in the internal memory is
transferred.
The camera’s internal memory
may be corrupted.
The SD card may be corrupted.
The memory card is not
recognizable (maybe it’s new or
used on other digital cameras).
The memory card is locked.
No SD card is inserted while
trying to transfer the files.
The internal memory or the SD
card is corrupted.
Solution
Follow one of the below methods:
1) Delete unwanted files.
2) Insert an SD card, or replace
the SD card with a new one.
3) Transfer the photos/video clips
onto your computer.

Format the memory (P. 41) first.
If the problem remains after
formatting, that means the internal
memory is corrupted. You can
either to use an SD card as
storage or send the camera for
repairing.
Format the SD card first. If
the problem still exists after
formatting, you can only replace
the SD card with a new one.
Format the SD card.
Turn off the camera, take out the
SD card and unlock the SD card.
Insert an SD card with enough
free memory.
Change to use SD card as
storage or replace the SD card
with a new one.
