- 1. Switch off your computer, and unplug it from the mains power outlet.
- 2. Remove the cover from your computer.
- 3. Your hands or body may be holding a charge of static electricity.
- 4. Remove the front cover of a vacant half-height drive bay.
- 5. Slide your Philips CD Rewriter into the drive bay from the front.
- 6. Connect the IDE interface connector.
- Connect the AUDIO cable.

- 9. Tighten the four fastening screws securely.
- 10. Re-attach the cover to the computer.
- 11. Connect the power cable to an AC outlet, and switch on your computer.
