The SYNC input allow the MODulator to be hard-synchronize to an external sync source. Because SYNC affects square wave reset, you can by this
way synchronise the Sample&Hold if no signal is patched to CLK input.
SYNC signal resets triangle core to the start of rising edge. Note that NOISE is unaffected.
