Sand the nose block to shape.

blind nuts.

Mark a center
line on the fin
and rudder.

Carefully cut hinge
slots at the locations
shown on the plan.

Cut two 3/4" x 1" [19mm x 25.4mm] hinges
from the 2" x 9" [50.5 x 228.5mm] hinge strip.
