Fault
Possible cause:
Remedial action
Ice maker is not making
enough ice or the ice is
deformed.
Low water pressure.
Connect appliance to stipulated water
pressure only (see section “Installation
/ Water connection”).
Condensation forms on the
discharge unit of the
dispenser.
The environment is to humide.
Switch on the condensation heating.
To switch on the condensation
heating: press the switch to “ON”
(depending on model). To switch off
the condensation heating: press the
switch to “OFF”.

Your appliance features an
automatic self-test program which
shows you sources of faults which
may be repaired by customer
service only.
Starting the appliance
self-test
n Switch off the appliance and
wait 5 minutes.
n Switch on the appliance again.
n Simultaneously press the
“select” and “options” buttons
for 5 seconds.
The self-test starts.
If “E..” is indicated on the display
panel, an error has occurred.
If a fault is indicated, inform
customer service.
Ending the appliance
self-test
n Press the “select” and “options”
buttons again for 5 seconds.
Service
You will need to know your complete
model number (E) and serial number
(FD).
