Important notes:
• The cook time feature may be set with Bake, Conv Bake, Conv Roast, Slow Cook and Preheat. Cook time or Delay Start
will not operate with the Broil function.
• The maximum default Cook Time setting is 11 hours and 59 minutes.
• After Cook Time feature has been activated, press the Cook Time keypad to display any cook time remaining.
• Dark or dull pans absorb more heat than shiny bakeware resulting in dark or overbrowning of foods. It may be necessary
to reduce the oven temperature or cook time to prevent overbrowning of some foods. Dark pans are recommended for
pies. Shiny pans are recommended for cakes, cookies or muffins.
ik CAUTION
Use caution with the COOK TIME or DELAY START functions. Use the COOK TIME function when cooking
cured or frozen meats and most fruits and vegetables. Foods that can easily spoil such as milk, eggs, fish, meat or poultry,
should be chilled in the refrigerator first. Even when chilled, they should not stand in the oven for more than 1 hour before
cooking begins, and should be removed PROMPTLY when cooking is completed. Eating spoiled food can result in sickness
from food poisoning.
