This behavior is controlled by a new registry value “HKLM\Software\Topcall\TCLINKMQ
\Options\MessageSegmentation” that can take the following values:
▪ 0: Message segmentation is disabled (default value)
▪ 1: Message segmentation is enabled
It might be necessary to increase the log file size and numbers of the queue manager.
Note MQ Message Segmentation does not work with character conversion. Character
conversion is only performed for TOM transaction files if requested by the application calling
MQGet.

TC/LINK-SM: Configurable Default Character Set
You can configure how TC/LINK-SM interprets MIME header fields that contain special
characters if no character set is specified. Previously, the character set was hard-coded to
ISO-8859-1. ISO-8859-1 is also the new default value. (SPR00122876)
The character set is configured by the registry value TCMIME\DefaultCharset. Supported
values are: windows-xxxx, ISO-8859-X, us-ascii. The value is treated as case-insensitive.
For more information, see:
▪ TC/LINK-SM / TC/LINK-OC Technical Manual, version 2.07.00 edition 14

TC/LINK-SM: Keep Empty Attachments
You can configure TC/LINK-SM to keep empty attachments. Previously, zero-length
attachments were silently deleted. This is also the current default behavior. (SPR00111345)
