2.1.3 Check for Active License for your Radius System
You may need to contact Inovonics to obtain an active license for your Radius
system. To determine if you have an active license:

Click “Start.”

Click “Run.”

Type in “cmd” and tap the enter button.

Type in “cd\statsol” and tap the enter button.

Type in “statlicense.”

If you receive a message stating “License file is invalid or missing,” call
Inovonics technical services at 800.782.2709, option 2.
