steaming
Select the Steam function to steam meats or vegetables. You can select the cooking time from one to
60 minutes in one minute increments. Timer cooking cannot be used.
1.
Pour appropriate amount of water into the pan.
Hint: Pour 250 ml or more (one and a half measuring cups) of water, and some of the water
will still remain in the pan after the longest steaming time (60 minutes).
2. Set the pan in the cooker.

Set a suitable steaming rack in the pan and place food to be steamed on the
rack.
4.
Close the lid and plug in the cooker.
5.
Press the [Menu] key to select “Steam”.
“10” (10 minutes) is displayed in the LCD as the initial cooking time.
6.
Press the [Min] key to set the steaming time.
Each pressing of the key changes the time, “10”—“ir^“12”^... — “60”—“1”—“2”...
—“10”. You may keep the key pressed to change the steaming time continuously.
7.
Press the [Start/Reheat] key when the desired steaming time is displayed.
steaming starts.
When the steaming time set is reached or when the water runs out, the steaming operation ends and
the cooker automatically switches to Keep Warm .
