Unwrapping your Fireplace

Using a razor knife, carefully cut plastic
covering fireplace , taking care to avoid
cutting or scraping the unit inside.
Using a pry bar or hammer, pry up staples
holding 1x2” boards to ease fireplace
removal from pallet.
With a minimum of two people, carefully
remove cast concrete top and hearth pad
from fireplace and set aside.

Remove mantel from inside of firebox and
set aside before proceeding to the next step.
