13. Feed the free end of the 30’ anchor rope (I) through the sheave as shown in Fig# 17, then tie a stopper knot large enough

to keep the line from completely pulling through the sheave if the anchor is dropped, then wrap the free end around the
tie down cleat as shown in Fig# 18.
