6.2.11 kpci uEFI Shell Command
kpci
FUNCTION: Control PCI Express configuration
SYNTAX: kpci [-b|-v|-x|-h|-?][parameter]
where:
-b Display output page by page
-v Be more verbose
-x Show transferred data in hex
-h Show this help
? Show this help
Available parameters:
pcie -- PCI Express port lane configuration
DESCRIPTION: The kpci command can control the behavior of the AMC PCI Express
port and keep this configuration in sync with FRU data offered by the
IPMI controller during E-Keying.
USAGE: Display PCIe port(s) setting:
COMMAND / RESPONSE:
Shell> kpci pcie
Set PCIe port(s) to be two times x4:
COMMAND / RESPONSE:
Shell> kpcie pcie 1x4
Note: If the PCI Express setting in the uEFI BIOS does not correspond
to that in the MMC, a warning message for 5 seconds is displayed.
Please use this command to correct this condition.
Set PCIe port(s) to be eight times x1
COMMAND / RESPONSE:
Shell> kpcie pcie 4x1
