Warning! Disassembling the appliance, opening the casing or attempting to repair it at home are forbidden
- non compliance with this instruction might result in serious accidents. The inside of the appliance does not
contain any parts that can be repaired at home or used for any other purpose. Never use the appliance with
damaged power cable or connector, if operation is erratic or if it was dropped and is otherwise damaged. If
the appliance has become faulty for any reason or moisture has got inside the casing, take it to an authorised
service engineer for checking or repair. Only skilled experts are authorised to repair the appliance.
The manufacturer is not liable for damages if home repair has been attempted or the instructions in the
operating manual have not been complied with.

The appliance must only be connected to mains electricity of 230V and 50Hz. Always ensure the mains
voltage where you’re using the appliance corresponds to the value shown on the nameplate of the appliance.
•
Attention! Never leave the appliance connected to the mains when it is unattended.
•
Always take care to avoid straining the electric cable, never drag or lift the appliance by the power cable as
it could be torn off or damaged. For the same reason prevent the power cable from getting under the feet of
chairs or other furniture.
•
This electric mincer is only designed for domestic use. It must not be used in any other environment,
including industrial or commercial use, the hotel trade or catering kitchens. In addition, the mincer must not
be used for processing large quantities of meat (e.g. an entire animal). Any such use is prohibited and will
invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warning! This is a domestic appliance that has been designed for intermittent use. After 10
minutes of continuous operation it needs to be switched off for at least 20 minutes. Failure to do
this could damage the mincer. Any damage or failure caused by excessive use or an insufficient
‘rest’ period will invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty.

When moving the appliance, pick the body up with both hands. Do not lift the mincer by holding its mincing
head or the feed tray.
•
Never put your hand or any tool inside the mincer when it is connected to the mains; neither where food
enters from the feed tray nor where it leaves the cutting disc. This could cause a serious injury. Food must
only be fed into the mincer using the ‘pusher’ tool supplied with the appliance. No other tool or method
should be used because of the risk of injury.
•
Never try to switch on the mincer without having attached the mincing head and fitted all the other parts to
the appliance.
•
Do not attach/remove the mincing head or any other parts unless the appliance is switched off and
unplugged.
•
Do not touch any moving parts of the mincer. Take care to ensure that kitchen tools, loose clothing, your hair
and hands do not become entangled in the rotating parts. Wear tight-fitting clothes and remove jewellery
from your hands and neck before you use the mincer.
•
Do not strain the mincer. It is not designed for mincing bones, tendons, skin or other similarly tough
material. Meat should be cut into small pieces before it’s fed into the appliance from the feed tray to
