4 Secure the long pit covers with the front and rear drum guards to the dyno and
the end pit covers using the fourteen 3/8-16 x 1" button-head allen bolts removed
earlier.
5 The distance between the CE drum guards and the drum can be adjusted by
loosening the screws that attach the drum guards to the pit covers, adjusting the
distance to less than 5 mm, and tightening the screws.
Do not operate the dynamometer without the CE drum guards properly
installed. The gap between the drum guards and the drum must be less than
five millimeters.
