How to manage your collection:

The wine cellar register (the original, a Climadiff innovation) will help you with this.

THE WINE CELLAR REGISTER or prestigious "grand cru" wine table (depending on model and excluding those
with glass doors). The inside of the wine cellar‟s door is specifically designed so that you can write on the wine
cellar register in chalk information about the characteristics of your collection or make a list of your prestigious
"grand crus".
Use only chalk to write on the wine cellar register.

To limit the handling of your wines, position those crus likely to spend a long time in the cellar at the bottom.

To erase information, use a slightly moistened cloth or sponge. Never use detergent or abrasive materials.
