4) “ ^ ” will not blink in the “Creative
Zone”, it will always fire regardless of the
shooting conditions.
5) In low-light conditions, the built-in AF
auxiliary light is emitted automatically if
necessary when the shutter button is
pressed halfway.
6) Using the following large-diameter
lenses may cause shading at the lower
part of flash photos:
EF200mmf/1.8L
EF300mmf/2.8L
EF 20-35 mm f/2.8L
EF 28-80 mm f/2.8-4L
EF 80-200 mm f/2.8L
EF 50-200 mm f/3.5-4.5
EF 50-200 mm f/3.5-4.5L
7) Using a lens of a focal length shorter
than 35 mm may cause shading around
the edges of flash photos.
8) To prevent shading, do not use a lens
hood when using the built-in flash.
