This creative mode allows you to complete­
ly control exposure by setting both the
shutter speed and aperture value.
The initial setting is always 1/125 sec. at
f/5.6.
1) Set the command dial to “M” and turn
the electronic input dial to set the
desired shutter speed.
2) While pressing the exposure compensa­
tion button, turn the electronic input dial
to set the desired aperture value.
3) Press the shutter button halfway and
check the exposure data.
• The exposure level mark is displayed
in the viewfinder and LCD panel as
shown in the illustrations.
