Making calls

Pick up the handset from the has
unit.

Press (

T A L K ) ,

and wait until the

TALK/BATT LOW lamp hchts up.

You then hear a dial tone. If \ ou hear
five short error beeps. mo\ e closer :o
the base unit.

Dial the phone number.

When you're done talking, press

(OFF)

or replace the handset

on the

base unit.

The TALK/BATT LOW lamp coes
off.

Receiving calls

When you hear the phone ring;

Press

(TALK)

(or any key except

(OFF)).

Pick up the handset from the base unit when the handset is
placed on the base unit.

The TALK/BATT LOW lamp lights up.

When you're done talking, press

(OFF)

or replace the handset

on th<

base unit. The TALK/ВАТТ LOW lamp goes off.
