Choosing a Surround Mode
You can take advantage ot surround sound simply by
selecting one of the three pre-programmed surround
modes according to the type of program you wish to
play.
DOLBY PRO
SURROUND indicators
SURROUND MODE
(DOLBY/HALL/SIMULATED)
Press one of the SURROUND MODE buttons
(DOLBY, HALL or SIMULATED) to turn on the
surround sound.
Selected mode's indicator lights up.
The DOLBY PRO LOGIC indicator lights up when
you select DOLBY.
Select the appropriate surround mode as follows:
For tapes/discs

To turn off surround sound
Press SURROUND M ODE (DOLBY, HALL or SIMULATED)
you selected in Step 1.
When you use the remote [J]
The remote also lets vou choose the surround m ode.
