When You Select TV
When you select TV as the display mode, you can make adjustments to
the TV display and select the TV system you want to use.
^ The TV display mode option is not available on all models.

To select TV options
After you select TV in Step 6, select the TV options.
TV Options Function
Image Filter Adjusts the flicker.
Optimal TV Setting Adjusts the resolution for optimal TV viewing.
NTSC Selects the NTSC TV system.
PAL/SECAM Selects the PAL/SECAM TV system.
To select the TV system
You can select the TV system using TV options. After you select TV in
Step 6, select the TV system from the TV options. Color systems are
different in each country. Use the country names below to select the
appropriate color system for your location.

NTSC-system Bahama Islands, Bolivia, Canada, Central America, Chile,
Colombia, Ecuador, Jamaica, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Peru,
Surinam, Taiwan, the Philippines, U.S.A., Venezuela
PAL system Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Czech Republic,
Denmark, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Holland,
Hong Kong, Italy, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand,
Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Spain,
Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand
^ You cannot display images on the TV or video monitor with the SECAM system even if you
select PAL/SECAM.
