Gernal operation：
Choose the menu：CMS now support 1/4/6/8/9/16 menu video window；
Picture capacutre：Click ico up side the video window or right click the mouse to the fixed video
window to capature the picture。There are two ways to capature the pictures：PC capature and device
capature；
start/stop/clear current video：up side the video display window ，User can click button，choose
stop/clear one or mult displaying video；when stop one or mult video，can throught button restart the
stopping video restart；
Video voice：click button，can open the fixed channel voice (condition：the camera with audio functional）
2.3.3 Channel polling
On the CMS PC，user can set up mult vehicle ,mult channel as one video group，at the same time user can set
up channel polling 。
