Dell™ Latitude™ D520 Service Manual
1. Follow the instructions in Before You Begin .
2. Remove the palm rest (see Removing the Palm Rest ).
3. Remove the two M2.5 x 5-mm screws from the fan, and then remove the connector that connects the fan to the system board.
