Your computer supports a Wireless Personal Area Network or a Ultra-Wide Band (WPAN/UWB) card. If you ordered a WPAN/UWB card with your computer, the
card is already installed.
Removing a WPAN/UWB Card
1.
Follow the procedures in
Before Working on Your Computer
.
2.
Close the display and turn the computer over.
3.
Remove the left hinge cover (see
Removing the Hinge Covers
).
4.
Remove the bottom of the base assembly (see
Removing the Bottom of the Base Assembly
).
5.
Disconnect the blue antenna cable from the WPAN/UWB card.
6.
Remove the M2x3 screw from the WPAN/UWB card.
7.
Slide the WPAN/UWB card at a 45-degree angle out of its connector.
NOTE:
