Lift the top right edge of the system board to disconnect it from the I/O daughter card, then carefully lift the system board out of the computer.

Unroute the power cable.
Replacing the System Board Assembly

To replace the system board, follow the removal steps in reverse order:
1.
Route the power cable and place the power connector in the base assembly.
2.
Insert the bottom edge of the system board into the base of the computer, ensuring that the system board is placed under the metal latch mechanism.
3.
Lower the top of the system board to reconnect the power, USB, and serial connectors.
4.
Connect the top right of the system board to the I/O daughter card connector.
5.
Place the top side of the system board in the base.
6.
Replace the five M2.5 x 5-mm screws on the top of the system board.
7.
Connect the ExpressCard cable to the system board.
8.
Connect the Secure Digital card cable to the system board.
9.
Connect the power cable.
