Introduction
This manual covers the following tasks for the 30- and
40-foot Yield-Pro
®
Planter:
• setting and checking seed rate for singulated crops
• setting and checking seed rate for volumetric
(“granular”) crops, and;
• applying liquid fertilizer from optional tanks on-board
the planter and/or from a Great Plains PFC1600 or
PFC2000 tank cart.
Application of dry fertilizer is covered in a separate
manual, 403-362M.
