Install Hydraulic Hoses
Refer to Figure 8
Install the hydraulic hoses to the valve manifold as fol-
lows:
26. Install 1/4 x 60 in. new HOSE :
841-455C HH1/4R2 060 9/16FJIC 9/16MORB
with one 9/16 F JIC end and one 9/16 MORB end.
Attach the 9/16 F JIC end to the 9/16 M JIC fitting
in the (LS) port.
Install the 1/4 in. QUICK COUPLER:
841-457C CP 9/16 FORB QD 1/4 BODY
to the other end.
27. Install 1/2 x 60 in. NEW HOSE :
841-197C HH1/2R2 060 3/4FJIC 3/4MORB
with one 3/4 F JIC end and one 3/4 MORB end.
Attach the 3/4 M JIC end to the fitting in the (P) port.
Install the new ADAPTOR
:
841-002C AD 1 1/16MORB 3/4FORB
and the male half of the new
811-069C CP 1 1/16FORB QD
onto free end of the 1/2 in. hose.
28. Get the free 1/2 in. HOSE marked “T” that was
removed from the old valve manifold (it should have
a 1 1/16 male quick connector
on the other end).
Attach it to the branch (pointing forward) of the TEE
in the “T” port.
29. Get the free 1/4 in. HOSE marked “DR” that was
removed from the old valve manifold (it should have
the FLAT FACED quick connector on the other end).
Attach it to the branch (pointing forward) of the
9/16 “T” in the “D” port. The TEE may need to be
rotated a few degrees to allow for the hoses to miss
each other.
30. Attach the hose on the machine labeled DR
to the top of the 9/16 in. TEE in the “D” port.
31. Attach the hose on the machine labeled ST1
to the 3/4 in. fitting in the ST1 port.
32. Attach the hose on the machine labeled ST2
to the 3/4 in. fitting in the ST2 port.
33. Attach the hose on the machine labeled M2
to the top of 3/4 in. TEE in the “T” port.
34. Take the remaining free 1/2 in. HOSE (it has a
3/4 in. quick connector on one end) and connect it
directly to the hose on the machine labeled M1 .
It takes a new connector 811-430C AD 3/4MJIC
3/4MJIC.
