(Windows) The DYMO Label menu also includes Internet Shortcuts that access specific areas of
the DYMO Web site, including label ordering, support, and more.
These shortcuts are also available from the Help menu in DYMO Label Software.
Using this Guide
This User Guide provides instructions for DYMO Label Software on the Windows and Macintosh
platforms. For the most part, the software operates in the same way on both platforms. Any
differences in features, procedures, or commands are noted within the text.
This User Guide includes information for designing and printing labels to all DYMO USB-
connected printers. Depending on the model of DYMO printer you have installed, some sections of
this User Guide may not apply to you. The following table provides a summary of the contents.

This chapter gives a tutorial of the Label Editor used for designing and printing
to LabelWriter label printers.
This chapter includes information about the Label Designer in the Label Editor
and applies only to LabelWriter label printers.
This chapter describes the Address Book and working with lists. The Address
Book can be used with all printers.
This chapter describes how to use the Smart Paste feature for quickly printing
labels. Smart Paste can be used with all printers.
This chapter gives information about the DYMO LabelWriter Add-Ins to
Microsoft Office and other applications. The Add-Ins are only available with
LabelWriter label printers.
This chapter provides a tutorial and information about printing to tape printers.
This chapter has specific instructions for caring for your LabelWriter. Cleaning
instructions for your tape printer are included in the User Guide that came with
your printer. This chapter also includes contact numbers for Technical Support
for each country.
This chapter includes technical information about both LabelWriter printers
and tape printers. Also included is information about the DYMO Software
Developer’s Program.
This chapter describes how to print to all of the printers over a network.
