Overview
The Blackline GPS™ Loner SMD™ dedicated safety device provides multi-layered safety for
you as a mobile worker. This guide provides information that you will find helpful to com-
fortably operate your Loner SMD device. Your Loner SMD device contains the following
internal components:

card and the Unit ID and Activation Code.
Getting Started
Activate your Device
Activation of Loner SMD device is managed within your Loner Portal account by the
Blackline GPS Customer Care team. If a Loner Portal account has not been created, the
Blackline GPS Customer Care team can provide assistance.
