Check to see if the channel should be at the bottom of
the Channel list. If it is not, check for information from
the programme provider and make a channel search.
Bring up the DVB SETUP menu > CHANNELS > TUNING.
Note that when you find new channels, they will be
placed under the relevant programme provider.
a) The programme provider has probably moved the
channel. Check for information from the programme
provider and do a manual search for a specific channel if
you have information about, for example, a new
frequency. Otherwise make an automatic channel search.
Bring up the DVB SETUP menu > CHANNELS > TUNING.
Note that when you find new channels, they will be
placed under the relevant programme provider.
b) If an error message appears, your subscription is most
likely outdated. Check that your Smart Card is still valid
and updated.
It could be that you have selected a channel that does not
broadcast around the clock. When no programme is
broadcast, the information display will show “CHANNEL
NOT FOUND”.
Follow the procedure described in the Guide for your tele-
vision. Choose DTV or DTV-RADIO as the source of your
Timer Play.
Bring up the DVB SETUP menu > ACCESS CONTROL and
enter ‘9999’ three times (for further information,
).
Bring up the DVB SETUP menu > ACCESS CONTROL.
Set the access code. In the channel lists you select the
channels that should be ‘locked’ (for further information,
).
Check the signal strength and quality in the DVB SETUP
menu > SIGNAL INFORMATION. If the strength and
quality is too poor, that is a Bit Error Rate less than E-6,
check your installation or contact your installer.
