F i e l d s t o D i s p l a y panel lists the fields from the runorder layout that

are included in the banner. Item number and Item title are included as

default. Select an entry in the list and click the

M o v e U p or M o v e D o w n

button to change the order in which they are displayed. Click

display a list of fields available for inclusion in the banner.

1.1.4: Troubleshoot iNews interface performance

If you encounter difficulties at any stage when downloading iNews scripts and

runorders, you can set up a log of QMaster actions and performance which can be

used by the Autocue Technical Support team to establish the cause.

Queue logging.

1. From the QMaster main menu bar, select

T o o l s > > O p t i o n s . . . > >

N e w s I n t e r f a c e s .

2. Scroll down and select the iNews entry.

3. Click the

Q u e u e L o g g i n g tab to select information to be included in the

log.

4. Select the appropriate

E n a b l e d checkbox depending on whether you

want the information saved to a file or displayed on screen or both.
