Before calling the afterĆsales service, check to see
if you can rectify the fault yourself (see page 34
onwards).
If you contact the afterĆsales service, even within the
warranty period, you will be liable for labour costs.
Please inform the afterĆsales service of the product
number (EĆNr.) and the production number (FD) of the
appliance.
This information can be found in the area outlined in
bold on the rating plate on the rear of the dryer.
