Setting the load transfer enables the depth setting to
be perfected.
It also enables the user to adapt the machine to the
drilling conditions by shifting part of its weight either
towards the Farmflex rollers to consolidate the drilling
less, or towards the metal press rollers to consolidate
the drilling more strongly.
³ Load transferring ram fully retracted, weight
on the front of the machine.
Farmflex wheel set low (low depth)
Minimum consolidation.
³ Load transferring ram fully retracted, weight
on the front of the machine.
Farmflex wheel raised (greater depth)
Maximum weight on the discs.
³ Ram slightly retracted (2 inch shim or 2 inch
shim + 1 inch shim)
Weight evenly distributed over the entire
machine.
³ Load transferring ram fully extended, weight
on the rear of the machine.
All shims on the ram.
Maximum consolidation.
The intermediate positions can be adjusted by placing
the aluminium shims on the ram.
NB: The maximum consolidation position is only
used very occasionally.

Le réglage de report de charge permet de parfaire
le réglage de profondeur.
Il permet également d’adapter la machine aux
conditions de semis en déplaçant une partie du
poids de la machine, soit vers les rouleaux Farmflex
pour plomber plus légèrement le semis, soit vers les
rouleaux plombeurs métalliques pour plomber le
semis plus énergiquement.
³ Vérin de report rentré au maximum, poids sur
l’avant de la machine.
Roue Farmflex basse (faible profondeur)
Plombage minimum.
³ Vérin de report rentré au maximum, poids sur
l’avant de la machine.
Roue Farmflex relevée (profondeur
importante)
Poids au maximum sur les disques.
³ Vérin légèrement rentré ( cale de 2 pouces
ou cale de 2 pouces + cale d’1 pouce)
Poids réparti sur l’ensemble de la machine.
³ Vérin de report sorti au maximum, poids sur
l’arrière de la machine.
Toutes les cales sur le vérin.
Plombage maximum.
Les positions intermédiaires se règlent en plaçant
les cales aluminium sur le vérin.
N OTA : La position plombage maxi n’est utilisée que
très occasionnellement.

Die Einstellung der Gewichtsverlagerung kann die
Tiefeneinstellung ergänzen.
Diese Einstellung kann ebenfalls die Maschine an
die Säverhältnisse anpassen, indem ein Teil des
Maschinengewichts verlagert wird, entweder auf die
Farmflex-Räder, um das Saatgut weniger
anzudrücken oder auf die Metalldruckräder, um das
Saatgut stärker anzudrücken.

geöffnet, Last hinten auf der Maschine.
Alle Keile auf dem Zylinder.
Höchster Saatandruck.
Zwischenpositionen lassen sich durch Einsetzen der
Aluminiumkeile am Zylinder erreichen.
A NMERKUNG : Die Position höchster Saatandruck
wird nur äußerst selten verwendet.
