³ Schiebereichung
- Sollte nach Eichung der Pendelfinger weiterhin
ein Mengen unterschied zwischen beiden Seiten
festgestellt werden, folgendermaßen verfahren:
³ Menge auf 49 einstellen.
Schieber öffnen.
³ Das Öffnungsmaß muß am linken und
rechten Schieber das gleiche sein
(35 mm).
³ Wenn nicht, die Stellung der
Ablesmarkierung auf dem Hebel
nachstellen.
Das Maß kann z. B. 36 mm betragen, wichtig ist,
daß die beiden Maße übereinstimmen.
b) Kontrolle der Breiteneichung
B REITENZUFÜHRORGAN :
- Sollte trotz Schaufeln in gutem Zustand und
Kontrolle mittels der Uberlappungswannen eine
große Streu asymmetrie in Bezug auf die
Maschinenmitte festgestellt werden, folgende
Eichungen kontrollieren:
- Die Spitze des Zuführorganes oberhalb der
Streu scheiben mitte ausrichten.
- Die Einstellung muß 137 anzeigen, wenn nicht,
die Ablesmarkierung des Hebels einstellen.
- Skala blockieren. Die linken und rechten
Zuführorgane eichen.

³ Etalonnage trappe
- Si après avoir étalonné les agitateurs, vous
observez toujours une différence de débit d’un
côté par rapport à l’autre ; procéder de la
manière suivante :
³ Mettre le repère de débit à 49.
Ouvrir la trappe.
³ Vous devez avoir la même cote aux
trappes droite et gauche (35 mm).
³ Si ce n’est pas le cas, ajuster la position
du repère de lecture sur le secteur.
La cote peut être de 36 mm par exemple, le plus
important, c'est que les deux côtés soient
identiques.
b) Contrôle étalonnage largeur
G OULOTTES DE LARGEUR :
- Si vous observez une dissymétrie importante de
l’épandage par rapport au centre de la machine,
veuillez contrôler les étalonnages suivants. Le
problème doit être observé avec des pales en
bon état et contrôlé à l’aide des bacs de
recouvrement.
- Positionner la pointe de la goulotte au-dessus
du centre du disque d’épandage.
- Le réglage doit être 137, si ce n'est pas le cas,
régler le repère de lecture du levier
- Bloquer le secteur gradué. Etalonner les
goulottes droite et gauche.

³ Shutter calibration
- Having calibrated the agitators, if a difference in
the rate between one side and the other is
still noticed, proceed as follows:
³ Set the rate lever to 49.
Open the shutter.
³ The size of the opening should be the
same on the right-hand and left-hand
shutter (35 mm).
³ If this is not the case, adjust the position of
the marker on the lever.
The size may be 36 mm, for instance; it is more
important that both sides are identical.
b) Width calibration check
S PREADING CHUTES :
- If you observe a significant lack of symmetry in
spreading in relation to the centre of the
machine, please check the following calibrations.
The problem should be checked with vanes in
good condition and using overlap trays.
- Position the tip of the chute above the centre
of the spreading disc.
- The setting should be 137; if this is not the case,
adjust the setting on the lever.
- Secure the graduated quadrant. Calibrate the
right-hand and left-hand chutes.
