The UniT for repair
In the event that the SAT4D does not function properly, we suggest
that you do the following:
1) Record your observations regarding the SAT4D’s malfunction.
2) Call the Technical Service Department at 610-558-2700 prior to
sending the unit to Sensaphone for repair.
If the unit must be sent to Sensaphone for Servicing, please do the
following:
1) Disconnect all sensors from the alert zones.
2) Carefully pack the unit to avoid damage in transit. Use the origi-
nal container (if available) or a sturdy shipping box.
3) You must include the following information to avoid shipping
delays:
a) Your name, address and telephone number.
b) A note explaining the problem.
4) Ship your package to the address below:

5) Ship prepaid and insured via UPS or US Mail to ensure a trace-
able shipment with recourse for damage or replacement.
