Step 7
Install left door by inserting the lower
hinge pin into the lower left door hinge.
Depress the upper left door hinge, then
align with the upper left door bracket until
hinge pin locks into place. Repeat for right
door.
Step 8
Attach air vent dampers to both sides of
the grill lid using two M5 x 10mm bolts
and M5 self-locking nuts. Attach air vent
handles by sliding the handle over the arm
until you hear a click. (M5 self-locking nuts
can be tightened by using the hex nut
wrench provided)
Step 9
Attach right grill handle support to grill lid
using two M6 x 15mm bolts, M6 washers
and M6 nuts. Insert grill handle into the
right grill handle support. Then attach left
grill support to grill handle and secure to
grill hood using two M6 x 15mm bolts,
M6 washers and M6 nuts.
