Removing the Upholstery
and Sunshade
To remove the upholstery:
The upholstery can be easily removed for
cleaning WITHOUT detaching the restraint
harness from the car seat.
1. Unhook each corner of the upholstery
from the rim near the carry handles
(Photo A) and pull it away from the seat
shell.
2. Unbuckle the chest clip and the crotch
buckle. Open the center panel of the
upholstery by pulling apart the hook
and loop fasteners on each side of
the center panel (Photo B). Pass
the shoulder straps underneath the
upholstery through the center panel.
3. Remove the crotch pad. Pull the
crotch buckle through the slot in the
upholstery (Photo C). This completely
frees the upholstery from the car seat.
To remove the sunshade:
1. Unzip the sunshade from around the
sunshade spar to free the sunshade
from the car seat.
