Allow the pumps to run for about 1-5 minutes. If your pump has a speed
control option, it should be run at the lowest setting during this time. When
fi ltration has ended, the liquid noise should stop. If the reservoir level be-
comes signifi cantly lower during this “bleeding” process, add more liquid
coolant. (In the future, if you begin to hear liquid rushing through the res-
ervoir, it may indicate more coolant needs to be added.)
Replace the refi ll plug screw.
The cooling system can be “jump-started” to assist in the
circulation process without booting-up the computer. This
will also allow you to check your hose connections and make
sure there are no folds or blockages in the tubing.
CAUTION
:
Jumping the incorrect ATX power supply pins can cause
permanent damage to the power supply.
!
Make sure the AC power cord is attached to the power supply. If the power supply
has a rear switch, it must be in the ON (-) position. Using the ATX Jumper Wire,
insert the metal prongs into the fourth and sixth connectors on the 20-24 pin
motherboard ATX power supply connector (usually green and a black ground wire;
See diagram
).
That’s it! Replace the ATX motherboard connection and boot-up the computer.
CAUTION
:
When fi lling, the Exos must
be higher than all internal water blocks
or liquid will exit the fi ll port.
