CLEANING & SERVICING
Cleaning: wipe housing clean with a damp cloth (add some sort of mild liquid soap).
The units have no parts that are subject to wear and tear and
are maintenance free. A micro fuse accessible from the
outside (see K ) assures electric safety.
The item is maintenance-free. Repair work is limited to
technicians so approved or appointed by Heidolph
Instruments. Please call your local Heidolph Instruments
Dealer for a Heidolph Instruments Field Representative

DISASSEMBLY & STORAGE
DISASSEMBLY
Turn the unit off and remove the bottles.
Remove the plug from the electrical outlet.
TRANSPORT AND STORAGE:
In order to guarantee a safe transport the REAX 20 is fixed with two plastic transport
straps in the original packing.
Place the unit and its parts into the original packing or a container with the necessary
protection to prevent breakage during transport. Seal the original packing or container
with packing tape.
Store the packed unit in a dry place.
CAUTION: When transporting this unit ensure the unit is not dropped or subject
to unnecessary jolting.
DISPOSAL
For disposal, please comply with your local or national regulations. Divide into metal,
plastic, etc.
Packing material to be treated as described above (material split).
Note
To avoid damage to the surface
finish, avoid using chlorine bleach,
chlorine-based detergents,
abrasive substances, ammonia,
rags or cleaning agents containing
metal particles.
