ASSEMBLY
The RZR 1 comes with a support rod (B) a 4mm Allen key, chuck, chuck key and 2mm Allen key.
The clamp, stand, and paddle have to be ordered separately. See accessories.
Install stand
Loosen the Allen set screw (A) and insert the support rod (B) into the opening at the back
of the stirrer (as in diagramm). Tighten set screw (a) with the Allen key provided.
Install chuck
Place the chuck (D) over the hollow shaft of the stirrer and with a 2 mm Allen key tighten
the Allen set screw (C) in the collar of the chuck. Place desired paddle in chuck and
tighten using the chuck key.
Install stirrer on stand
Slide the support rod (B) with the stirrer into the opening of the clamp, adjust to desired
position and tighten.
Please strictly comply with current safety regulations for machines exposing
rotating shafts.
