Wiring Symbol Description
D-type Connector: The cable`s braid
(Shield) must be connected to the D-sub
shell (metal housing)
Encoder Earthing.
The cable`s shield is connected to the
chassis (PE) in the connector.
Earthing the Encoder and connecting
the Earth (PE) to the drive COMRET is
mandatory to insure reliable operation,
high noise immunity and rejection of
voltage common mode interferences.
