UNIT CHANGE

Ex 6:

1. It can alter the injection time (ms), Airflow voltage (V) and the Throttle sensor voltage (V) to %.

(At the time of purchase, it is set OFF)

2. Based on a typical vehicle’s max throttle sensor ratio as 100%, max airflow ratio as 100% and

max injection ratio as 100%, it can configure the 100% as how many ms and how many V,

※ (Most sensors are made to displace from 1V ～ 5V)

※ (The Max injection time may be different from vehicle to vehicle)

3. Configuration Method

z To display the UNIT CHANGE, select and enter [UNIT CHANGE] by scrolling up or down

at the MAIN MENU and press enter to shift the display.

z Scroll Up of Down to select the item being configured and press enter to select it

1. Injector injection time

Press up or Down to select the injection time and press enter to confirm.

It will configure, (when the injector injecting time is [X ms]) the (injector open ratio is)

100%. On the Ex: 6, it is configured as (injector’s open ratio as 100%) = (injector’s

injecting time as 20ms). In this case, if the injector time is set as 10ms, the injector’s

open ratio will be 50%

2. Air flow voltage

Press up or Down to select the Airflow voltage and press enter to confirm.

It will configure (when the airflow voltage is [X volts] the airflow ratio is) 100%.

On the Ex: 6, it is configured as (airflow ratio as 100%) = (airflow voltage as 4.98 V. In

this case, if the airflow voltage measures as 2.99 V, the airflow ratio will be 50%.
