The reason for this is that the software needs the users to manually acknowledge the
events detection for the detection to be reset and start detection over again. Without
users manually acknowledging the detection, the warning would stay on the screen in
case the users are not in front of the monitor and can then be reminded when they
return.
To acknowledge the detection, simply double-click on the red check mark and then the
detection would be reset.
Digital PTZ
To use digital PTZ, enable the function from the video window control bar first:
The mouse cursor should turn into a magnifier when you hover the mouse onto one of
the video windows. Click and drag diagonally on an area you would like to zoom in:
