Name Tags Folder
Use the folder to assign users to the speed dial buttons and set information to be
displayed by the display-equipped
models. Either set the name tags in 2N Helios IP
®
the application, or use an image of your own for the background depending on the
selected layout type.
Layout types
Single – one item
Double (horizontal) – two items
Quadruple – four items
Custom – four items, own background image
Caution
A user added to the phone book is not assigned access rights
automatically. Such user can only be called. Add a user to a zone with the
selected intercom to configure its access rights.
