When the controller is started up,
it will flash an amber code to show
total hours of operation. Each long
flash equals 10 hours of operation,
each short flash equals 1 hour of
operation.
No action necessary. The
hours of operation code can
be interrupted by engaging the
feed roller.

second pause and then two
flashes followed by a long

Chipper blades should be checked
and sharpened if necessary.
Check sharpness of chipper
blades. Reset the controller
by shifting the feed bar from
stop to reverse and back three
times within 8 seconds after the
machine is started.

Engine oil should be changed.
Change oil. to reset the
controller, turn on power to the
machine, wait 10 seconds, then
shift the feed bar from stop to

circuit.
Check connections to the
forward coil on the feed
hydraulic valve. Replace coil if
necessary.

reverse coil on the feed
hydraulic valve. Replace coil if
