Check the mains connection
and the power supply.
Switch the device on.
Nominal
temperature is not
reached.
At nominal values over 4 °C above
room temperature.
Set up the device in a cooler
environment.
The device does not
mix or control the
temperature.
Various causes are possible.

Motor is not turning.
1. Switch device off and wait for
10 seconds.
2. Switch the device on.
SPEED ERR
Motor is turning at overspeed.
1. Switch device off and wait for
10 seconds.
2. Switch the device on.
TOO HOT!
Thermoblock hotter than 110 °C.
1. Switch device off and wait for
10 seconds.
2. Switch the device on.
T-SENSOR ERR
Temperature sensor error.
1. Switch device off and wait for
10 seconds.
2. Switch the device on.
TEMP ERR!
Nominal temperature is not
reached.
1. Switch the device off and wait
for 10 seconds.
2. Switch the device on.
EEChksumERR
RAM ERR
EEprom ERR
Memory error
1. Switch the device off and wait
for 10 seconds.
2. Switch the device on.
HEAVY LOAD
The motor does not reach nominal
speed.
Check if the movement of the
exchangeable thermoblock is
obstructed (e.g. by jammed
object).
