MATERIAL NEEDED:
Drill Motor, 5/16” drill bit, 1/8” drill bit, 2 - ½” wrench, 2 - 7/16” wrench, Phillips
screw driver, pencil.
MATERIAL FURNISHED:
2 – HD-18 Tube step castings, 4 – Black mounting castings, 2 – Black curved tread
plates, 4 – Large mounting brackets, 4 – “L” brackets, 2 – Hardware packs, 1 –
Instruction. (Important! Not all of the parts in these hardware packs may be
needed for proper installation).

For proper alignment, the
tread plate can be rotated in
three different positions.
Use the 5/16 X 2 ½” Button
Head Bolts when assembling
the black mounting castings
to the open ends of the tube.
