NOTE #1: Cylinder base end must be free to rotate. Shim steer cylinder base end as required
to maintain a total max. gap of 1/16".
NOTE #2: Shim bottom knuckles as required to maintain no more than 1/32" movement. Shim top knuckles as
required to maintain no more than 1/16" gap. Must have a minimum of one shim.
NOTE #3: All machines, before serial number 0588868 on the 534d-6 and 0588888 on the 534d-6 Turbo, need to bore
Steering Knuckles to use items 4 & 7. See diagram on previous page.
NOTE #4: All machines, before serial number 0588868 on the 534d-6 and 0588888 on the 534d-6 Turbo, may have to
use items 63 & 64 in place of items 43 & 48 on top of Steering Knuckle. See engineering print that comes with
Steering Knuckle Kit for details
