The display indicates that
the descaling solution is fi n-
ished. Remove and empty the con-
tainer and the milk carafe. Empty the drip tray and
place it back. Rinse the water tank and fi ll it with fresh water up to the
MAX level, then place it back.

Fill the milk carafe with fresh water up to the MIN level. In-
stall the milk carafe into the machine. Place back the con-
tainer under both the milk carafe dispenser and the dispens-
ing spout. Press the button to
start the fi rst rinse cycle (ap-
prox. 4 min.).
The machine has completed
the fi rst rinse phase. Repeat the operations from
step 12 to step 16 for the
second rinse cycle, then con-
tinue with step 19.

Pour the descaling solution. Fill the water tank with fresh
water up to the MAX level. Place a large container
(1.5 l) under both the milk
carafe dispenser and the dis-
pensing spout. Press the button to
start the descaling cycle.
The descaling solution will
be dispensed at regular in-
tervals (duration: approx.
25 min).
