7. Advanced functions
In-call menu
When you are in a single call, the Navi™ key function is End.
However, your phone has an in-call menu that allows you to
perform several functions while in a call. To access the in-
call menu, press
to change the Navi™ key function to
Options, then press Options.
Note: If you have an active call and an incoming or held call,
pressing
isn’t necessary; Options appears automatically.
Depending on the number of active calls and whether you
are using digital or analog mode, the following in-call
options may be available:
Tip: To quickly reach an item that is at the bottom of
the in-call menu, press
instead of
after you
press Options.
Call hold
You can put a single call on hold by selecting Hold from the
in-call menu. To return to the call, select Unhold from the
in-call menu.
Hold/Unhold hold or release a call
New call
make a call when you have one in progress
Answer
answer an incoming call
Reject
reject an incoming call
Swap
switch between two calls
Drop call
end the active call
End all calls
end both calls
Touch tones
send touch tones
Send
send the characters on the display
Phone book
find a name, save a phone number, etc.
Mute/End
mute
mutes and unmutes your phone’s
microphone
