3 Disconnect the charger from the AC outlet and the phone:
• When a charger is not in use, disconnect it from the power source.
• Do not leave the battery connected to a charger for longer than
a week. Overcharging the battery could shorten its life span. If left
unused, a fully charged battery will discharge itself over time.
• REMOVE THE BATTERY
Later on, you may need to remove the battery.
Note: Make sure the phone is off.
1 Press and hold the button at the top of
the battery.
2 Slide the battery toward the bottom of
the phone.
3 Lift the battery off the phone.
